INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS RECIPE
Bean Salad
chopped butter lettuce – can use any lettuce, Romaine would be great too.
butter beans – canned, drained and rinsed
dark red kidney beans – canned, drained and rinsed
cherry tomatoes – sliced, grape tomatoes would be perfect too.
fennel – fennel has a great refreshing anise flavor. If you do not care for fennel, celery would be a great substation. It you give the salad a contrast in texture with the crunch of the celery.
fresh dill – adds another layer of herby flavor, if you do not like the distinct flavor of dill, you can add fresh parsley or eliminated it.
sliced scallion – green onion.
Salad Dressing
light olive oil
white balsamic vinegar
paprika, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, and red crushed pepper

Place all salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl
Place all salad dressing ingredients into a high-powered electric blender and blend until combined.
