How clean distilled whiskey is made
Kansas Clean Distilled Whiskey starts with their uniquely balanced combination of wheat, corn, malted barley and rye in our mash bill to give Kansas it’s uncommonly delicious and nuanced flavors.
It is exceptionally smooth, their unique 5x column still distillation process removes the bitter, harsh and hot alcohols common to many whiskies.
They then marry this distillate with just the right amount of select aged bourbon.
But they are still not satisfied, then they double the filter blend removing all remaining harshness giving Kansas its distinctive, light color, exceptionally silky character.
