How to Make These Tacos
Follow these straightforward steps to make these chicken chili crunch tacos:
- Prepare all Your Toppings - shred the radish and cheese; chop cilantro; cut the tomatoes.
- Left Over Chicken - if you are using left over chicken that has been refrigerated then chop the chicken and place olive oil, chopped chicken, and chili crunch into a large pan over medium-high heat. Mix the chicken and chili crunch until well combined and warmed trough. No need to cook, just warm for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Fresh Chicken - if you are using rotisserie chicken that you just baked or picked up from the store and it's still warm, then just chop it and mix well with chili crunch until all the chicken is coated. Set Aside.
- Warm the Tortilla Shells - warm a skillet over medium heat (no oil needed) and heat each tortilla for 20-30 seconds on each side. Set each tortilla aside in a foil wrap once heated through, then serve immediately. Alternatively, you can also use your microwave. Place 3 tortillas at a time on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a slightly damp paper towel. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, then set aside until ready to serve. This method can sometimes make tortillas a bit gummy.
- Assemble and Serve the Tacos - layer the taco shells with the prepared ingredients and Enjoy!
