Ingredients You’ll Need

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups cubed day-old bread (preferably baguette or sourdough)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter (cooled to room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Preparation Steps

Follow these simple steps to make your own Parmesan basil croutons:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and finely chopped basil leaves.
