Unicorn Graham Cookie S’mores with Unicorn Sprinkles
To make this recipe exactly, you will need to make unicorn homemade graham crackers from scratch. You will also need the unicorn cookie cutters. I got mine at Amazon. Alternatively, you can use any shape cookie cutter, flowers or hearts would be great too. Jus jazzed them up with some colorful sprinkles and they will be fabulous. And the kids will love them; after all they are specially made for them. See recipe below.

- whole wheat flour
- unsalted butter
- brown sugar
- honey
- 3whole milk
- pure vanilla extract
- baking soda
- cinnamon
- salt
How to Make Homemade Graham Crackers
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Place flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into a large mixing (or stand mixer) bowl and mix well.
Add cubed butter to the flour mixture and mix with hand mixer (or stand mixer) until you have coarse crumbs.
Stir in honey, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until you form dough.
Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
Cut out cookie shapes and place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Check after 8 minutes. Cookies should be light golden brown. If not, leave in for another minute or two.
Remove cookies and let cool. This recipe is a cross between and cracker and a cookie. Slightly softer than a cracker, great for snacking or for s’mores.
