This recipe is delicious and will satisfy your pumpkin spice craving. It is made with ripe frozen bananas, pumpkin puree and almond milk. It is topped with coconut whipped cream, caramel drizzle, toasted coconut and pumpkin seeds for that true Fall pumpkin pie flavor.
If you are looking for a healthier version, just eliminate the whipped cream and caramel sauce. Otherwise, the smoothie is healthy with only a small amount of agave nectar for a slight sweetness.
Using Frozen Bananas
I like to use frozen bananas in my smoothies or shakes. Keeping portioned out, sliced frozen bananas in the freezer is an easy way to make smoothies when I have limited time in the morning. One banana equals about one cup of frozen, sliced bananas. When the bananas are just ripe, I simply slice them up and place them in individual freezer bags and place them in the freezer. They are already portioned out and makes it easy to add them to any smoothie recipe.

- agave nectar
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Toppings – Optional
- whipped cream
- toasted coconut

- caramel sauce
Directions:
Place all smoothie ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer into a container and top with optional toppings.
