Toss in the oil, butter, and onions, cooking them until they turn a light golden color, which should take around 3-4 minutes. Then, mix in the ginger and garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds while stirring to prevent burning.
2. Next, add the chicken, tomato paste, and your choice of spices. Let it cook for about 5-6 minutes until everything is nicely cooked.
3. Finally, pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes, giving it a stir now and then. Serve it up over some Basmati rice or alongside naan.
