Fried Chicken and Baked Buttermilk Pancake when you feel like eating chicken and waffles, but you don't feel like making chicken and waffles. This semi-homemade recipe will surely satisfy your craving. Simply bake the buttermilk pancake and use your favorite store-bought fried chicken. (Everyone has one!). No need for pancake flipping or waffle irons!
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHICKEN AND BAKED BUTTERMILK PANCAKE
frozen store-bought fried chicken
all-purpose flour
buttermilk
unsalted
granulated sugar
egg
baking powder and baking soda
pure vanilla extract
sea salt
maple syrup

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN AND PANCAKE
Bake chicken according to package directions.
Pre-heat oven to 375° and place pan into the oven when you turn it on.
Place all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Place buttermilk, 2 tablespoons melted butter, egg and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and whisk together.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Once the oven is ready remove the pan and place one tablespoon of butter into the pan and coat it.
Place the batter into the hot buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Plate the chicken and baked pancakes and serve with butter and maple syrup.
