Ingredients for this Recipe:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (left over rotisserie chicken is great)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (cut into small cubes)
- ½ cup (we prefer Frank's RedHot® but you can use your favorite brand)
- ½ cup ranch dressing (your favorite brand)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (shred yourself)
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- extra blue cheese crumbles, green onion or chives (optional for garnish)

How to Make Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip:
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
- MIX chicken, cream cheese cubes, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles in a large bowl.
- PLACE the mixture into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
- BAKE for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
- REMOVE from the oven and give it a good stir.
- TOP with extra blue cheese crumbles green onions.
- SERVE with chips, crostini, crackers and/or carrot and celery sticks.
