- 1/2 cup apple juice
- Popsicle molds and sticks

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, making sure to leave a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Cover and place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Tips and Variations
