This Indian-spiced cauliflower dish has become a new favorite of ours, and we’re not exaggerating.

The combination of whole cumin and coriander seeds, garam masala, curry powder, and aromatics makes it incredibly flavorful. Plus, it’s super easy and quick to prepare. Just add everything in one pot and it’s ready in under 30 minutes. Plus, one pot means quicker and easier clean up. Doesn’t that sound fantastic? It sure does!

Ingredients Needed for this Recipe

To make Aloo Gobi, you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomatoe chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 of a medium jalapeno diced (optional for spice)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

How to Make Indian Style Cauliflower and Potatoes

Follow these steps to make flavorful Indian-style cauliflower and potatoes:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
