Spicy Edamame Appetizer Recipe
This spicy edamame appetizer recipe is loaded with flavors of soy sauce, sesame oil, Chile oil, sesame seeds, mandarin, lime zest and a touch of sea salt.

- 10 ounces of frozen edamame beans in the pod
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon mandarin zest
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon chile oil
- coarse sea salt - to taste
Cook the edamame beans either by boiling, microwaving or steaming them.
Place all other ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Once the beans are cooked, drain the water and add them to the bowl.
Mix well and transfer into serving dish.
