This easy chilled Strawberry Banana Pudding is inspired by NYC Magnolia Bakery's famous Banana Pudding. Made without instant pudding.

Ingredients
  
  • 1 box mini Nilla Vanilla Wafers – can use one box of regular size wafers - 11 ounces
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ripe bananas – smashed
  • 2 cups strawberries – diced
  • 1 can sweet condensed milk – 14 ounces
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar - optional
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
 
  • Smash the ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher. Set aside.
  • Wash, dry, hull and dice the strawberries. Optional: Add sugar and mix well. Set aside.
  • Place cold heavy whipping cream into a bowl of a high speed mixer. With the whisk attachment whisk until whipped cream is formed.
  • Add condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the Nilla vanilla wafers and smashed bananas to the whipped cream mixture. Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving. Pudding is at its best when refrigerated between 8-12 hours.
  • Once set transfer pudding mixture into serving dishes and layer with strawberries
