Ingredients
Panzanella Salad

diced peaches
2
cups
sliced mixed cherry tomatoes

slices
of toasted sourdough bread – cubed

small pearl mozzarella cheese balls

tablespoon
thinly sliced basil

tablespoon
jalapeno pepper chopped

scallion sliced
Dressing
½
cup
light olive oil
¼
cup
white wine vinegar
½
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Cut, chop and slice all your ingredients. Lightly toast the sourdough bread and cut into cubes.
Place all dressing ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl.
